CNC milling

Precision machining of materials using 3-axis CNC machines. Suitable for the manufacture of complex components with a high degree of precision. It enables the production of small and large batches and uniform processing quality. Suitable for machining plastics and aluminium in various shapes.

CNC turning

An automated material processing process in which the material is rotated and the tool removes layers to achieve the desired shape. High precision and speed in the manufacture of round and cylindrical components. Ideal for the manufacture of axles, rollers, screws and similar products.

NC turning is carried out on machines:
HURCO-TM10: Fi 400 x 500
HURCO- TM6: Fi 250 x 350

Classic turning

Manually operated material processing on a conventional lathe. Flexibility for small batches or special products where personalised processing is required. Suitable for unique components or small quantities that do not require CNC technology.

Drilling

The process of creating holes of different dimensions in a material by precise positioning. We use high-quality tools for precise results and smooth hole surfaces. Required for almost any type of component where bolt holes, axles or mounting are required.

Manufacturing process

Preparation of the CNC programme

CNC machine preparation

  • Material selection: the raw material to be machined (e.g. aluminium, steel, plastic) is placed on the machine.
  • Tool installation: the CNC machine is equipped with the appropriate cutting tools (drills, milling cutters, lathes, etc.).

CNC machining

  • Automated machining: the CNC machine processes the material according to the exact instructions in the programme.
  • Process control: during the process, the machine’s performance is monitored to ensure the quality of the product.

Finishing treatment

  • Removal of residues: after finishing, the raw material and residues are removed and any edges are treated.
  • Additional treatments: Additional treatments such as polishing, sandblasting, heat treatment or painting are carried out if necessary.

Quality control

  • Measurement and testing: the product shall be inspected and measured using measuring devices (CMM, micrometers, etc.) to ensure compliance with the specifications.
  • Tolerance check: checks that the product meets the required tolerances.

Delivery and installation

  • The finished product is sent to the customer or used in the assembly of more complex components.
